    Just had a look for myself on my own Google account. Seems totally innocuous to me. It’s just log of what devices you’ve logged into Google on. I think iOS Account Manager is just because it’s iOS devices involved. I would worry about it - I’m certainly not going to. You’d only need to be worried about devices you don’t recognise.
