A BIOS update has nothing to do with Windows. Your BIOS updates come from Dell. Something tells me your computer doesn't have a BIOS. More likely, it has a UEFI, which also comes from Dell. A Windows 10 'S' computer can only get apps from Microsoft Store - that's how Windows 10 'S' was designed to work. PA.
If the latest driver posted for WIndows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 doesn't work then in Device Manager open the Sound controller device, from Driver tab choose Update Driver, then Automatically. If that doesn't help try Update Driver > Browser > Let Me Pick to try all previously installed drivers.
