Espresso, Moonlight, Clotted Cream or Shining Glitter could work, I think. You could try Golden Cheese too, I'm not sure how many hits she does per skill. Maybe Sherbet too, or Rye. I got through 18-20 with Sherbet. Golden Cheese does plenty of hits to break the hit shield, and she has overall high damage output.
The only cookie I had at full 5 star ascended was Parfait and her legendary beascuit was at level 30. It was a close call but I managed it. Keep in mind PV is VITAL for survival against this boss because every time he uses his power he reduces the injury debuff by half!
