While I can successfully access Office 365 applications such as Outlook and OneDrive, attempting to sign in to the admin portal results in the sign-in page continuously refreshing without progressing further. I do not have conditional access configured. This user has the MS office suite installed currently on a Win 10 laptop. They have gotten a new Win 11 laptop and are going to portal.office.com for their installation. As a test I disabled the default security in Azure AD and that allowed the login. My understanding is that default security is MFA.
When I navigate to the Office 365 Portal (portal.office.com) on of my Office 365 accounts appears with "Connected to Windows" underneath it. I am using Windows 10 Preview. The issue appears when I navigate to the portal in Edge. It does not appear in IE11.
