As mentioned earlier, the PC38X comes with two cables in the package. A lengthy 3 meter cable which terminates into both a 3.5mm audio plug, and 3.5mm microphone plug. There are better options in the $140-200 range, namely the HD58x and HD560s. Both sound better than the pc38x, but if you are looking for an all in one with mic the pc38x is it. Open back is worth it, especially for gaming. The benefits of better soundstage and imaging outweighs sound leakage and lack of isolation. As long as you have a reasonably quiet place to play, open back is the way to go. TLDR: It took some time and tweaking to notice, but PC38x is better than my old gaming headset.
Anyways I think these two headphones from Sennheiser and easily the two best sound cans I've owned in the $200 and under bracket. Get the 38x for the nice bass and if you're treble sensitive, get the 560s for fps gaming and if you like a bit more sparkle and presence.
