As of 2023, all thats left of Yahoo is Finance, Mail, News, Sports, and Search, which are all boring services that just piggyback off other news sites and services like Bing. And their premium support packages that are a total ripoff. The only reason Yahoo even exists is because people still have Yahoo Mail accounts that they haven't ...

If someone hacks your account, changes your recovery email/information - Yahoo will not be able to recover. Someone who hacks an account can easily change all of this information. And we know how susceptible Yahoo is to this. Yahoo "Premium Support" told me it was escalated - but they still couldn't do anything unless I verified my email.

They won't charge you until they verify you to help you get into your account. But I'm going to save you some time - without access to your recovery methods they won't help you get access back. They'll run you in circles until you get frustrated or until you get lucky enough for them to admit they won't help you. 1. Share.

There is no major difference, it's just that you can use a username with the different domain. I have a rocketmail.com email address I started with Yahoo many years ago. I recently started a mirror myyahoo.com account with the same name usename. I updated my new email address with senders of emails I frequently receive.

This same thing occurred in our league. Yahoo’s customer service was a real turn off. You should really switch to ESPN! Yahoo creates stats for IDP which helps no one. They don’t follow official statistics. Yahoo has a far superior app but their inability to give accurate statistics was not worth it for our league.

  10. "Too Many Failed attempts" in yahoo email : r/yahoo - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/yahoo/comments/14nedni/too_many_failed_attempts_in_yahoo_email

Yahoo is an absolute shitshow Apparently my account is blocked because of too many attempts (repeatedly over the past month), which unless a bot/hacker somewhere is trying to access my account, is untrue. If that is the case then Yahoo needs to sort it's fucking security out and stop punishing the users.

The things I tried: - Deleting my cache/cookies etc. - Looked at my recently installed programs (nothing suspicious) - Ran multiple scans (Avast, Hitman, Malwarebytes, no results except for a few cookies which I deleted) - Reinstalled Chrome- Ran a scan via Chrome, no results. I also looked at my default search engine and it never said Yahoo ...
