From there, I went to the gift card page, and while there are multiple links to buy gift cards, I couldn't find anything directing me to check my balance. I finally stumbled on the answer through cashstar more directly, but they require me to provide the email 'used when you purchased your cards.'
Gift Card Balance I'm trying to check the balance of my gift card online and it keeps directing me to their gift cards page, but I don't see any options to check a balance. The only options I see are to buy a gift card.
The site takes the gift card, shows my gift card balance and says I owe $0. Ulta customer service has been no help and basically says the gift card doesn’t work and I should try using in on-store instead (umm, they are not open for in-store purchase here!).

You can only use one gift card at a time. There is a way to combine the value of multiple gift cards but it only works with gift cards you spent money on, not the rewards card. The reward cards also expire in January, BUT their value does count towards your spend for the year (for platinum/Diamond tiers) and you can earn points with reward dollars.
If they weren’t purchase from/distributed by Ulta, speak with a customer service representative via live chat and they will merge all 4 for you. They say it takes up to 48 hours to receive your new e-gift card via email but I think as long as there isn’t a huge demand, it arrives pretty much instantly.

I got my sister a $25 Ulta gift card for Christmas. I bought it here and sent it in her package with the receipt. She finally got to the store to use it today and the employee said it didn’t work. I tried checking the balance online and that doesn’t work either. Has anyone had this issue before and/or know how to solve it?
