It is now more of a rare bug that it lets you read a single article they are forcing use of ms start app which runs on edge, they farm your data and you cant block ads because you cannot install extensions. I started experiencing the same N0 LOAD of MSN-headline news events on my IPAD approximately 2 weeks ago. I emptied the cache & updated operating system to no avail. apparently, MSN has changed something from their end causing this problem (note: MSN on my laptop continues to work fine).
