I thought I closed it, but when they changed lenders in 2003, they listed it as a new account with a 2003 open date and I didn't see it until years later. I myself did the fresh start program, but I dragged out the payments to show good payment history. My initial SL was $300, and a week ago they just bumped me up from $1350, to $2k!!
