I bought a razer kraken kitty ed. v2 pro, which cannot provide 7.1 surround sound. I see this text when requesting an activation key: "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to the section "7.1 Surround Sound System for Gaming headset" for information on suitable products."
