In Settings>Downloads there is a button to manage your library folders. Just click Add, and select the folder. Try restarting Steam. Failing that, delete everything in the C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam except "steam.exe" and the folders "SteamApps" and "Userdata". Then run steam.exe.
Go to (1) Steam > (2) Settings > (3) Storage (4) Click on the (+) symbol on the far right to add a new Steam Library Folder. { * } (5) Click on the list of drives to open the menu of available locations. (6) Select "Let me choose another location" at the bottom of the list. (7) Click on the blue Add button.
Now open Steam\appcache\librarycache. Put the app id in the search bar till you find the images for the game. Here we want to remove the file that says icon and replace it with the other Jpeg image. Rename the new image to this case 319510_icon of course using the correct app ID to whichever game your doing this too.

Is there a way to sort the purchased games in my Steam library by any sort of rating system? Like Metacritic, PC Gamer, PCMag, IGN, or even Steam reviews? I have way too many games, and it would be nice to sort the higher rated games to the top of my list so I don't waste my time with the lower rated titles (I will play those when I retire).
If you're looking for the install location of the games in your Steam library, the most basic location is inside your overall Steam installation directory. Authorizing a device can be done by opening the Steam Client and clicking on the Steam button located on the menu at the top left. Once you have the menu open click on Settings.
