I am being billed for Roku for hulu. I recently got a new roku device. I updated my cc information and received bill for Roku for Hulu this month. I do not have a hulu account to cancel. I see from payment history on my Roku account, that I have been being billed for months, but on a credit card that had expired.

Logged into both to confirm. Just realized I have been charged, for the last 6 months, $6.99/month, by "Roku for Hulu, LLC" out of Wilmington, DE. Started a Fraud investigation with my credit card company, was forced to get new card numbers, contacted the BBB, and have spent way too much time on this.
I updated my payment through Roku but it did not updated through Hulu help me. Jump to solution. My payment information has been updated properly and my other accounts have been paid however my Hulu account has not and even with manually retrying it says sorry we can’t charge your credit card now. 0 Kudos. From the popup menu, click on Manage Subscription. (If you don't have a Manage Subscription option, your subscription is not through Roku.) Follow the prompts to cancel the subscription. Log into your Roku account at https:/my.roku.com. Scroll down and click on Manage your subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to cancel and unsubscribe.
