The management at Wal-Mart are very toxic and ruin the job experience for the workers. Can't say my experience at Wal-Mart was enjoyable. Upper management treat the workers below them with disdain, along with abusing the clause in employees' contracts to force more and more work on to said employees. There is little room for advancement.
