Credit Sesame did get back to me via email. They confirmed someone did take control of my account for a short period of time and that I now have full control over it again. I am hesitant to put any type of freeze on credit reports because last time I did Synchrony ended up closing all of my accounts (over $100K of tradelines).
I just cancelled my Credit Sesame account. Never saw such ridiculously inaccurate reporting in my life. Not only were their scores more bogus than any other FAKO (and prone to go up and down crazily), but their monitoring of my credit was extremely spotty and they were forever deluging me with "offers" for credit products I already had. Awful site.
Haha, my Credit Sesame score is 774! My credit union pulled my report 10 days ago and said my score was 613, I guess that is why a FAKO is a FAKO. (I did notice that my two defaulted student loans were removed so I suspect my score did go up some but not that many points)
Re: Credit Sesame vs Credit Karma vs Equifax and Experian The rule I have for folks I have is simple: you don't pay down any old debts until your emergency savings plan is growing every paycheck. Once you've done that for say 2-3 months like clockwork, you're welcome to use UP TO 50% of your emergency savings to negotiate payoffs with old debts.

I currently have myfico and credit karma. I was thinking of joining credit sesame aswell. Also is myfico the most accurate or how do i - 3172426
Credit Sesame For me MyFico EQ and Quizzle, Discover's TU Fico and CK/Cap1 score tracker and Fako EX from CS are all within a point range of 10-20 points and in the same "category". For monitoring what is on my reports I like the free services and maybe paying once year for the 3 bureau reports on my Fico when there is the promo is just fine.

Credit.com and credit sesame have my scores 100+ points higher than fico scores. I only wish my scores were 762 like they say LOL If I want to have a nice little credit score dream instead of a nightmare, I go look at their scores lol As far as anything else on those sites, they are worthless to me.
