I won't post any spoilers about Call The Midwife other than vague comments, such as the promotion of certain cast members to appearing in the opening credits, and the preview for episode two which shows a favourite minor character is going to get a BIG STORYLINE. And that isn't a hint that Chris Noth victimised him or her.

Shockingly, both Sister Hilda and Sister Frances are done on the show. Hilda was written off without a return, while Frances (aka Sinead O'Nun) had her last episode. No one is surprised about Fenella Woolgar - she's awesome and was criminally underused on Midwife. Matthew proposed to Trixie, of course.

Keaton cannot call himself Michael Douglas due to the Screen Actors Guild rule about no two members can have the same name: Michael Douglas ( The Streets of San Francisco) and Mike Douglas (talk show host). He will now go by a combination of his stage name and real name: Michael Keaton Douglas.

  6. The director or directors did a nice job of introducing us to some truly lovely gays, lesbians, straight family members and the trans sex worker. [quote]I admit I laughed out loud when the detective said Rogers had every episode of The Golden Girls on VHS. And Dynasty!

An oldie but goodie: "Flickers" a six-episode comedy drama from 1980 starring the delightfully mismatched couple - the late Bob Hoskins as a cockney film promoter in the early silent era and Frances de la Tour as his unlikely genteel spinster partner. Really good offbeat writing and casting.

  8. Where there any gay Lawrence Welk cast members? - the Data Lounge

What an evil old cunt Welk was. Just all the Lennon Sisters. Tank you, tank you. Now the lovely Bobby and Cissy. To av-Oyd any Con-fus-ion, Cissy is the one wearin' the dress. Norma Zimmer loved the man-sex. She used to visit gay baths in NYC and cheer on the men, especially those who were engaged in group sex.

In the series, Bell calls the "extensive" abuse “pretty brutal” and says it was “the worst stuff that someone could do to somebody as a sexual assault.”. Bell felt trapped. He later broke down to his mother about the abuse, which continued, and they went to police. Bell secured Peck’s confession in a call recorded by investigators.

August 25, 2024 10:51 PM. The actor who plays young Reagan is hot in a that thin-lipped, white dude who definitely plays golf every weekend way. Too bad he's a Far Right Ultra-Conservative Catholic loon. If you need any further evidence, he's also recently made a film with Mel Gibson. Offsite Link.

January 2, 2024 4:23 AM. I’ve been watching “Industry” which is filming a third season. It seems a third investment bank office politics, a third promiscuous sex (all the young actors get nude) and a third drug taking and partying. There is a gay guy, black guy who tops a white guy in a rather unsexy scene (the white guy is screaming ...
