    On Friday Oct-2nd using Roku-Streaming-Stick+ I tried to access NewsMax-TV at 6:00PM Eastern (as I've done every weekday for the last several months) BUT the stream no longer works and the NewsMax-TV tile does not appear in the Live-TV grouping. Same problem on each of our 3 TVs.

    Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".     NewsMax CS thought they delivered the solution to me today. (Login process slightly different to make it sticky). I thought initially it worked - but NO. Itricked myself cause I remained Logged In... so restarting Newsmax appeared to log me on with a 'sticky' credentials - After several hours of not using Newsmax I found I had to LOGIN AGAIN.

    This is a problem on my XiD-P box as well, only for Newsmax. My more expensive DVR box is fine. It first happened a few years ago with a different ancillary X1 box. I traded that box in at that time, and I got a replacement that has worked until a few weeks ago. Now it's happening again, with a different box and different tv.

    Bottom line, the app has been updated, 2 ways to get the update. After starting the app, press the "*" button on your controller and check for updates. The other option would be to uninstall and reinstall. Once you have the updated app, there will be a new feature on the sidebar Account Settings (looks like a person).
