When on my desktop PC and I log on to my Xfinity Email, it opens directly into my address book. I checked with other people and their email opens into their Inbox?
Right now I am using the Xfinity email app via my Windows 11 laptop. I checked my filters and there is none for this particular email sender. I tried to set up a "rule" to redirect this specific email address to the Inbox, but I wasn't allowed to do that within the rule.
No. I have not done that. However, like I said before, I have a link to the Xfinity email portal online at that address so I can check my email there as well as on Outlook and the email is being moved from that account as well. When I check my Outlook email and the inbox is empty, I also check the Xfinity inbox and it is also empty.
Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder. Select Recover Deleted Items. Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items. Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move. Let me know if this works on getting them back.

This morning, all of my emails between 11/16/23 and today, 12/14/23, disappeared from my inbox, sent mail, trash, and other folders. This has occurred across all my devices, including in Xfinity's online email client.

I've tried it on my husband's laptop and while he can search his Xfinity inbox successfully for emails, I still cannot. I have the same issue whether I am on Firefox, Chrome or Edge.
In outlook, you can highlight an email {in the inbox}, then hit control + another key to highlight a block of contiguous emails, for example to then delete a bunch of emails quickly. Is there a way to do that with comcast/xfinity email inbox?
