I have no problem surfing anywhere else on the web but Spectrum’s webmail is the worst and I want it fixed and a credit to my account for not having my services work for months.

Re: "If you log into Spectrum.net and click on Email at the top of the page this will allow you to access your Email". As I said in my original post, the link to Email no longer exists at the top of the spectrum.net page.
Email is a free service that is complimentary with an active internet subscription. Roadrunner accounts were associated with legacy TWC accounts, and since becoming Spectrum in 2016, new email accounts have the @spectrum.com domain. It sounds like you had an older email associated with a previous account, and that the email was recently purged.
Sorry for any confusion, the difference is that email is no longer offered to new customers. If you are existing customer, you can go to Spectrum.net and select the options for email to set up new mailboxes. Are you trying to create a new mailbox or access an existing mailbox?
Hi & welcome! Legacy roadrunner emails can be self managed by going to selfcare.rr.com.Roadrunner emails are typically associated with former Time Warner Cable accounts that were established prior to the 2016 acquisition by Charter Communications.
What happens if you try to log on to your account via www.spectrum.net and then hit the Check Email link and then what happens if you try to log on to your Spectrum webmail via webmail.spectrum.net? If it's no good either way, try deleting the spectrum.net "data" from the browser cache and try again and see what happens.
I asked Spectrum Support if they could attempt to log in to the account from outside their domain but they cannot use cell phones within the building. However, Support can access the account within their domain. So, the account is still there, just no access from outside the Spectrum and or Road Runner domain. Does Road Runner still exist.
