After that, you need to stay on the line and the automated phone system will connect you to a live customer service agent from FedEx. Hopefully Fedex will not read this post and change this way to reach an agent.
Call a fedex office and ask for customer service they will give you to a live person .
How do you get through to a live representative on the FedEx customer service line? I can call the main number and no matter what combinations of options I select, the automated system will eventually kick me off saying no more information is available.
Repeatedly ask the automated system to "speak to a customer service representative". You'll eventually be routed to a person who barely speaks English on a terrible quality phone line who will tell you they don't know where your package is and ask you to call the original shipper who can file a claim.
You can maybe ask for billing, and choose 'no invoice', and 'no tracking number'. I saw a tip once that said to call a local fedex store and ask to be transferred to customer service. When you call into the Fedex customer support line and the computer asks to what you are calling about, say "returning a call."

FedEx is the worst piece of crap. You cannot find a more unreliable and incompetent logistics company. No wonder why Amazon banned them from providing any service to Amazon and their subsidiaries a couple of years ago. Every single shipment I get with them is either ridiculously late, damaged or lost.
Anyone know how to call fedex customer service and speak to an ACTUAL person? I’m tired of speaking to a robot.
