Hi. I’m reaching out for guidance regarding my Amazon seller account, which was recently deactivated due to a reference price violation. Unfortunately, the deactivation notification did not specify the steps I need to take for reactivation or what specific information Amazon requires from me.
I have been trying to create a shipping template by logging in to Seller Account > Shipping Setting > This is supposed to be an option to " Create Shipping Template ". But you can see in the picture, after following all the steps, this is all I got.

Can't login the Amazon.AU seller account for reactivation, resolve the multiple account alert. We are trying to gain access & reactivate our Amazon.AU seller account to resolve multiple account policy alert in the Amazon US account.

Login to your Selling on Amazon Account using your email and password. You will be redirected to the address validation screen. In the Code field, enter the validation code from your postcard. The validation code is printed in red on both sides of the postcard. Click Next to validate your address.
Open a new seller account with the same credentials and identification. Just make sure that all the information is exactly the same as the closed account. Attempted to close a deactivated store will result in your buying account associated to the selling account being closed.
