No, but there are different links to support in different countries. PlayStation Support is the one you need. Bottom right, click online assistant. If it's giving you a "Back so soon" message then switch to a different browser and try again. Or google Playstation support USA number and call them.
Sony live chat support at its finest. After his last words the chat was immediately ended, no room for me to reply or say anything, obviously this isn't the first time I've contacted them. hey. I wouldn't make this post here normally but playstation support (live chat=hell) has made it impossible to address my problem. My old ps4 broke after a year and i bought a new ps4, but managed to get a ps5 the next (overpaid about 60 dollars to get a bundle at GameStop).
