    We do understand the inconvenience it caused for you. Since you mentioned that you chose to "Save to OneDrive", then you can find these files in the Office Lens folder of OneDrive. A workaround is that you could download these files to the local PC, then open these files using Photos app and click Print to print it to PDF file.
