Undercover Tourist called me to verify my charges before they sent me my codes. Having said that, there's no real reason at this point you need the hopping portion until your trip (you only need a reservation for your first park of the day). Another point; Undercover Tourist has always had good customer service when I called them, if you want to know if it would be refundable, I'm sure you could call and ask.

The only con so far was that it took a full 24 hours for me to get my E-Tickets; partially my fault for purchasing them at the last minute. So, I had to start making FP at 29 days out. (Wasn't a big deal, in the end.)
Sep 9, 2017. Sep 6, 2022. #2. Genie and lightning lane will be purchasable day of any park reservation you have. Don't know Undercover's cancellation policy, but once you have the Disney tickets, those can roll over themselves if you haven't used the ticket yet through Disney.

I had one last park ticket to get for our trip in November. I just ordered it from undercover tourist. I received an email stating they needed to confirm the order. They want me to send a picture of my husbands license and a picture of his credit card through a "secure" link. This makes me really uneasy. I am going to have him call them later.
