That's "The Lock". Typing some specific codes and pressing enter will show extra info on characters like Rose, and Falcon. Other codes will pull up stuff that's left hanging on the game itself. To get this specific codes, you need to play all missions attentivelly. They're hidden, most are even encrypted.
