no. tbh they should since its not like you trust traded or got scammed or accidentally clicked on a link and gave ur pass etc.you lost you pet because of a bug in the game that the adopt me devs didnt fix quick and that is THEIR fault. you deserve compensation

I have decided to quit Adopt me. At least until, I am 100% sure I either will or won’t be getting my pets back. Obviously, AdoptMe support have ‘temporarily’ suspended taking ticket submissions regarding hacked accounts. I will keep an eye on this to see if they update and reopen submissions. If they don’t, then that will be me finished.
Yes my sons account was also it did not take very long a couple days within a week. They had us setup the 2 factor login thing and then credited his account with robux since all his stuff was taken. My daughter’s account was hacked and I’ve submitted a form on the adopt me Support page.
As you will require this correspondence confirming your account is secure, as Adopt Me Support WILL ask for this! I corresponded with Roblox to ensure my account was secure and used these screenshots to AM Support. Unfortunately, at the moment, hacked submission tickets are closed by Adopt Me due to being overwhelmed.
