In the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can manage the payment information and billing for your Microsoft 365 subscription. From here you can review your invoices, add a new payment method, or check your other Microsoft billing information.
You can manage all of your Microsoft subscriptions in your Microsoft account dashboard. Select each subscription to change when and how you pay, or to see order history & receipts. Choose your account type.
Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Sign in with the admin account for your business or with an account that has admin permissions. Go to Billing > Your products. Select the product you want to manage. In the Billing settings section, select Cancel subscription.

If you have a Microsoft subscription with recurring billing, you can change how you pay at any time. You can also cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription. Sign in to Services & subscriptions with your Microsoft account.
When recurring billing is turned on, you’ll be billed for your subscription on your renewal date. If you turn off recurring billing, your subscription will expire on the date shown, and you won't be billed in the future. Go to the Services & subscriptions page in your Microsoft account dashboard.
