  2. Zillow (ShowingTime+) Listing Showcase : r/realtors - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/realtors/comments/1aexd1b/zillow_showingtime_listing_showcase

Upgrades the look of your listing on Zillow. The price depends on the market. In my market the 6 month subscription cost of $400/mo. This includes one free showcase listing each month. If you want to showcase any more homes, they can be upgraded on an a la carte single purchase basis depending on their list price ($300 to $1,150).

  3. Is there a way to remove rent price history from zillow. My rental's zillow price history is cluttered with multiple line items like this below. Lines with "Listed for rent", ""Price change", "Listing removed". 5/15/2022 Listed for rent $3,300. Source: Zillow Rental Manager Report a problem.

I use Zillow’s payment system for one of my rentals, it’s easy and free for the one property. The downside is it takes a few extra days for the payment to hit my account. I’ve also used Zelle, which is nice and immediate deposit, but many banks have daily limits on the amount that can be sent, some around $1000 so it could mean rent paid ...

91 votes, 37 comments. true. Agree that real estate agents command fees far in excess of the value they add, but I think the amount isn't as high as what you're saying here. 1/7th of the sale price would be 14%.

If you are used to the housing market in the US (outside of the silicon valley), German prices will be a shock to you. Houses are built much different than over there, and cost more to begin with, and the prices for land and property have exploded in recent times (as much as 70% increase in the last 10 years where I live for example), so yes ...

    www.reddit.com/.../comments/mhk9x2/is_there_any_correlation_between_zillow_views

Except for the actual data. There is a white paper published by Zillow that says otherwise. Additionally, there are some other statistical sites that also say there is in fact a correlation between saves in the first weeks and sales. 50% of homes that have 50 or more saves in the first week get offers over asking and 85% get a offer within 5% of asking.

    www.reddit.com/r/Landlord/comments/wtp15t/general_us_warning_on_using_zillow...

TLDR: don't entrust (large) rent payment with Zillow. They may hold your payment for long; if the payment is blocked, the resolution is extremely painful. Finding 1: Zillow outsources their payment processing (e.g. to Stripe), which Zillow seems to have little idea/control. Zillow users cannot get hold of Stripe because you are not their customers.

I've been using zillow for a number of years now and have been tracking a particular piece of property. Today that property went up by $600k to $2.2 Million. I was hoping for another "free" online opinion to bounce that against. Thanks. https://www.redfin.com. www.realtor.com uses the most up to date MLS numbers.
