In reply to tdehan's post on October 13, 2023. As far as I know, Apple is responsible for driver updates. It should not be offered unless some device had been used on your system. Since I do have some Apple devices and have not been offered such a driver, something out of ordinary situation is involved.

It charged completely normally before this update. I have it plugged into a powered port on a USB hub connected to my PC.

I contacted Apple Support but they werent able to help since its a windows device. And the second PC was my father's. I think it only detects the "trojan" whenever icloud is syncing. i will try to make a second icloud account to test this soon. And the destination where the file is located is within the app folders not withing my icloud Drive.
