Use a different password and make sure it has nothing to do with coffee. It could be that it never accepted the password. Also make sure your birthday and sin is entered correctly. If you’re on your phone, it’s partner.starbucks.com. If you’re on the BOH computer, there should be a big yellow icon on the desktop that says partner hub. Log in with your partner numbers (USXXXXXXX) and your password and then click the button on the right that says partner hub.
Partner hub is much more slimmed down on a non-sbux device. You don’t get like 90% of the feature and 98% of the ones you’d be going on there for. Nonetheless, you can access Partner Hub on any device by going to partner.Starbucks.com. You can, but you can’t change anything, and what you can see is limited.
You can only see it from the store computer, they're not available on your personal device. That sucks. If we have to sign into partner hub, it should be available to us. Top left corner of the main page. There might be a pull down menu for updates. Nope not for me. You do have to be in the store to see the updates.
