I have the NIRA Pro, and I have used it each day since I purchased it January 2, 2024 and received it within a week. it has worked on various places, like: Nasolabial folds and smile lines. Lines where I used to have dimples. Some of my forehead lines, but on too well. Best results are my hands, and I'm very happy with that.

Re: Factor meal plans. Options. 08-17-2024 10:36 AM. I have never tried these meals, but at one time I tried Freshly meals. At first I liked it, but I don't like carrots and everything had carrots. I ended up canceling and going back to preparing my own meals.
3/4 tsp. cumin. 1 Tblsp. sugar. Pepper. Mix together and bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Place Spring Greens on plate, add some dressing and toss. Add raspberries and orange slices. Top with spiced pecans. Add slices of chicken, warm or cold. I stored the remainder of spiced pecans in a glass jar to keep.
