The mania/arrow folder is where the skin ends up installing. it'll be in the osu game folder. you can also get a direct file explorer link to it in game if you have the game options opened and press "open skin directory" or something along those lines. creator of the pl0x mania skin. Adrig3.

I made a skin using some other skin elements while some others i made them myself in paint.net (HitObjects and Receptors) i can't remember wich skin this originally was so i can't give credit (but as i remember it was a purple arrow one) Anyways here are some screenshots of the skin. Here is my latest skin: ArrowMania! This is my 6th skin. It is white arrows with blue LNs and white outlines. Also: If you drag a file into the osu window to replace your menu-background, it only replaces the "menu-background.jpg" in the skin folder, however it won't replace the menu-background@x2.jpg file. This leads to the problem of it not updating the background on some resolutions. I think this is probably osu's fault.
