The comment was tongue in cheek. I just generally laughed last offseason watching the same posters go from tweet to tweet trashing the reporter when it was bad news, and then getting hyped about the positive reports from the same guy on guys like Barmore and Thornton.

Will be interested in the Paul/Evan dynamic. I feel like Fred is gonna try to stir the pot a little between those two. Mike has started to stand up to Paul more, which has made for some entertaining moments. Hopefully Evan does the same. Can’t wait for the first mention of “film study” or the all 22 lol
"And, just to wrap this up, one other thing worth noting is that Belichick’s sons, defensive play-caller and linebackers coach Steve, and safeties coach Brian, have both already been offered the opportunity to return to the team for 2024"

Evan Lazar on Twitter: “The #Patriots offense was mostly uneven again today, and we saw a lot of Bailey Zappe (managed Mac’s workload, perhaps). Lots to work on up front. Too many unblocked rushers and stuffs against the run. Day two in pads. Long way to go.” Discussion
Omicron is 2x more contagious than the original covid strain. For some context there some r0 value numbers that represent how contagious a disease is I believe the numbers mean on average every person infected infects x more people.
Evan Lazar on Twitter: First day of pads decisively goes to Cam. r/Pats: "Nyeehhhhhhhh!!!" Aged like milk. LOL! This post won’t get any attention. Meanwhile a post about mac Jones competing a pass will have 100 comments and be the top post today. I mean it makes sense.
It gets a quick glance a couple of times a day. I watch the occasional YouTube video and read the occasional article. That dude is in the building. It's his full time job to know and understand what is going on in that building. He does view things differently than the fans because he has a massively different point of view. I like Lazar.
But for now: Evan Lazar (@ezlazar), Mike Reiss (@MikeReiss), Andrew Callahan (@_AndrewCallahan), Doug Kyed (@DougKyed), Phil Perry (@PhilAPerry). You can probably also throw national guys Ian Rappaport, Adam Schefter, Tom Pelissero, and Jay Glazer in there ad they tend to have the bigger news first, which then slowly falls to the local guys.
