Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm. Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
The other way is to use a HDMI cable from a laptop and then directly to your TV. (ie. extended desktop mode). Perhaps RSBN channel may cover it, but have not seen info to that effect, so best way to get the uninterrupted coverage is the mirror/cast/hdmi technique directly from mobile device or your laptop to the TV.
Try performing a "System restart" from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power as appropriate. If it was added it should appear at the end of the apps on your Home Screen. Hi AvsGunnar, thanks for your help! I have a new Insignia Fire TV edition. I don't have a separate Roku device, The Roku app on it but can't see how to link it to my online account, maybe that's why the search fails.

Re: can’t hear people speaking can only hear sound effects. @Ryanwalters. Happens occasionally that the audio track gets mucked up. (normally able to hear background/music/effects, but not the main audio/speech). Normally, I just look to see if the content is playing on another channel/app.

I ordered a 43”, 1080p Hisense Roku TV on Boxing Day 2021, and have been using it for a few months. However, I’ll really annoyed by how the jump in volume between levels 9 and 10 is a much larger gap than between any other levels. The TV is in my bedroom, and level 9 isn’t loud enough to be heard from bed, but 10 is obnoxiously loud.
