Good morning and welcome to the Spectrum Community, @Jake717. It sounds like the app isn't getting the information from the modem concerning the entitlements you have to your TV subscription. Most of the time a reboot of the modem (router too, wouldn't hurt) will take care of the issue and get everything on the same page.

Reset your device by unplugging it and allowing it to power down completely, wait a few minutes before plugging it back in. Make sure you're signing in with the correct username and password. Get username and password help. Restart the modem associated with the account. You can also Ask Spectrum if there is currently a service outage.

That is only an ability of the physical DVR boxes we offer. There is no information as to if or when this function will be available on the app.

If you were to use your Spectrum TV app while on a cell network or on a wifi connection that is not your home connection and go to the guide the channels that are not available away from home will be grayed out.

When I am watching Spectrum live on any of our TVs (5 of them, all ROKU, some with sticks, some smart TVs), after about 30 minutes the screen goes black and asks if I still want to watch Spectrum TV. I click 'yes' and it goes back to the program - for about 5 minutes. Then it asks again. Again, I click 'yes' and it goes back to the program.
