Whenever I upgrade my drivers from the version I'm using now, "20.19.15.4352", screen flickering starts, the reason I'm asking this is because its an old driver released back in December 15, 2015 and would like to upgrade to a more recent driver that doesn't flicker. When the blank screen happens, the LCD backlight is still ON btw. Backlight on, just a fully black screen.

I have also HP EliteBook 840 G3 wqhd display max 2560x 1440; intel HD 520. when I connected notebook with TV via DIsplayport-HDMI cable , TV offers only FullHD res. 1920x1080.
