Basically you will get your normal pay say $500 then you will get a Ca benefits deposit of around 10-20% so like an extra $100. Drivers Benefits fee is to cover the costs Grubhub has to provide for Prop 22 such as minimum earnings, insurance, and healthcare stipends. DoorDash, Uber, Instacart etc. all follow the same rules.
DoorDash has a larger market, more orders, but if GrubHub is popular in your area, it usually pays better. That being said, UE by far is the most profitable for me. Less orders than DoorDash but the orders are always ready and UE almost always pays a minimum $5-6 base/trip pay even without tips. Average DoorDash order: $5-7.
