The first Moroccan postal stamps were produced in 1891 by private companies which managed courier services between cities. The system was replaced after a reorganization in 1911, the Sherifian post was created to handle local mail, and produced two series of stamps which were valid for use until 1915 and until 1919 in Tangier. Postal rates to 1847. Initial United States postage rates were set by Congress as part of the Postal Service Act signed into law by President George Washington on February 20, 1792. The postal rate varied according to "distance zone", the distance a letter was to be carried from the post office where it entered the mail to its final destination.
The CIS was founded in December 1991 at a meeting in Minsk of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
